I saw it two ways - after thinking about it for a few minutes:Either the cartoon is saying that the reason the pamplet is blank is because Atheists have nonthing to say (or noting useful to say) about things orThey're making the point that people should make up their own minds about things by rejecting the propaganda & dogma or organised religion.I'm inclined to the second reading....
