It's an enjoyable-enough space-action film that makes a lot of references to Star Trek. Galaxy Quest has a better claim to being a Star Trek movie, though...and it has Alan Rickman. The casting was well-done, though; it's easy to see the JJ-crew as young versions of the original series cast
As a Trekkie I have the feeling I should know what is going on here, but I don't. Who is the mysterious Man in Black?

ReplyDeleteOhhh. I saw that one, too. I even liked it! Evidently KHAAAAAAAAAN! 2.0 didn't make a massive impression on me, though.
ReplyDeleteI've only seen the trailers as I never saw the movie - hated the first one! Many people seemed to like it though..... (both of them that is).
