Yes! The episode was "Mirror, Mirror."
Well spotted both of you - Geeks! [lol]It was indeed Lieutenant Marlena Moreau played by Barbara Ann Luna as 'the Captain's woman' in one of my favourite ST:OS episodes 'Mirror, Mirror'.
