Those were the days when you could fix your own spaceship. These modern ships are all electronics and stuff. You can't work on them yourself anymore.
Or build one in your garage.
I've heard stories of hobbyists building boats in their backyards (or basements). Of course they couldn't then get them off their property - but hey, what's a hobby for? Nothing practical..... [lol]
