I *think* its fake - a mock up maybe. But it *could* be real. It's hard to tell what's real and what's not these days.

Actually it's *real*:The Doryu 2-16 is a pistol-shaped camera taking 16mm film, made from 1954 to 1956 by the Doryu company (certainly renamed Nihon 16-miri Shashin Kōgyō at some time).
