When I was there 20 years ago I was amazed at some of the wildlife - especially when the locals told me how dangerous they were!
I never knew how batshit insane the wildlife is in Australia. Until now I thought you only had to watch out for kangaroos wanting to fight.
I was intrigued by some BIG ants with bright green heads - until I was told how dangerous they where!
