@ Sarah: Well..... It's art. It looks really high up, the room looks dark so she won't be very visible, and the windows look quite misted up (warm inside/cold outside?). I'd think she's pretty safe...... [lol]
Lol, tell me about it! She was a streaker for a loooooooong time from ages 2-4ish when it came to bath time. Now she at least she runs back down the hall when she sees the blinds open, or I shoe her away before she even realizes.

It's a reflex, lol. Eleanor sometimes forgets the blinds are open later, because the sun sets later, when she is getting ready for bath time!
