Yes it is. Well spotted! I do think the guy holding the rope - (bottom centre of the shot) isn't very happy being there though! It's a LONG way down to the river from there!!!

Oh, I think that *everyone* wore hats in the 1930's didn't they? They certainly do in the movies! I wonder why people *stopped* wearing hats???
