Hah, not quite a rotary but close. I like the style of the classic Bell telephones, the heavy metal ones with the rotary dial. One of my aunts had one and it fascinated me as a kid. I'm often tempted to buy one off ebay but then I realize it would just sit there unused..
@ Stephen: I looked at getting a rotary phone but wasn't too impressed that they were only pretend ones - all of the insides were purely functional electronics. I don't remember the original original rotary phones but I certainly remember the more 'modern' plastic ones. I actually remember when push button phones came in. That was pretty weird looking back on it... [grin]

We not only had a rotary phone in the earliest years of my childhood, but we had a party line. This must of been Siri's great-grandmother.
