The incident that this brings to mind is reading Steppenwolf some time ago. There was a passage in it that made me think: WOW! It's not just me! It was like someone in Germany writing in the 1920's took words right out of my head and put them on a page over 30 years before I was born. It honestly floored me. I think that's what Lewis meant.. [lol]
there's something peculiar about that statement...
