Eleanor has been able to read since she was three, and still prefers that I read to her. I mean, I love it and I'm not complaining, because she does sit and read a lot herself, and we do enjoy the snuggle-reading time.
Actually I think I'm mellowing a bit. I'm starting to think that kids are OK as long as they're not crapping everywhere or crying all the time.... [lol]
