I'd be a little nervous about tipping over one way or another into the water. Otherwise though, looks perfect!
True... I'd be a bit worried too - about storms or high winds, heavy rain, rising sea levels, termites, beavers, overweight cats leaping off the bed..... On second thought maybe it's not really THAT perfect......
