I kind of wish I would have been alive during the age of sea travel - not these stupid ugly dumb cruise ships, but like the era of Titanic. Not actually ON Titanic, obviously, but to travel like that would have been so cool I think.
The age of the Great Liners was definitely 'something else'. The 30's in particular (I think knowing little about the subject) seemed to be a nice mixture of adventure and comfort/luxury that I definitely could have lived with... Oh, for a Time Machine! [lol]
