I know a few people like that. If I drink a LOT of milk I feel a bit queasy but mostly I'm OK. The lactose thing is a bit strange from an evolutionary PoV.
I’m not lactose intolerant, but casein intolerant. I snot up pretty quickly with dairy. I just take a decongestant and plow ahead. I LOVE all things dairy. 😊

ReplyDeleteDefinitely. I just have to look at something with a teeny tiny bit of lactose in and you won't get me out of the bathroom for at least three days.
