Oh, I liked singing everything in school, I even was in the school choir and later in a grown-up one. But yes, "Three ships is also great". I post the lyrics of one of my favourite classic ones once a year, and so far I've done these: First Noel Christmas Belles It came upon a Midnight Clear Hark the Herald Angels Sing O Holy Night But my favourite "modern" one must be "Fairytale of New York".
"Fairy-tale..." is getting a LOT of plays on 'Classic FM' - although its various more classical interpretations rather than the original... LOTS of carols though... I do like their programming this time of year (and the rest of the year too!).
