    1. I couldn't read on my bus on the way to work because it was too twisty which made me motion sick. But I did teach myself to read on trains which made the journey SO much less boring..!

    2. I think I might have problems on a bus, as well. But any other transportation, I'm fine with. Except for the back of a car.

  3. I used to have *terrible* motion sickness as a child and tried everything to get over it. On long train journeys I read up to the point I started feeling sick then stopped. Once I felt better I started reading again. After a while, a quite long while, I could read for the whole journey. I even got over sitting backwards on trains. I still struggle just sitting in a car - especially on twisty roads. I couldn't possibly *read* in a car though!

    1. Same here. My parents couldn't even put me in the car and go to the next village. Trains never were a problem, though. Thank goodness. I had to go to school by train for ages.
