I wonder if when the files were opened there was a "Purple Rocks File"....probably not As I understand it people were able to look up if the Stasi had a file on them PERSONALLY.
The whole situation in E Germany - from 1945 to the night the Wall fell is fascinating. I should be reading about it - along with the bizillion other books - next year.
