In Stardew valley the player can choose to set up a cave on their property with fruitbats or mushrooms. I forgot about it, because I was having to learn a LOT of stuff -- game mechanics, townsfolk personalities, etc. One day I walked into a cave and found it full of fruit and wondered, the hell these come from? I picked up a few (for canning and wine) and left. I came back and wondered if some bear was going to attack me the next day, but then I started a new save to try a different map, and.....remembered. FRUIT. BATS. I always pick fruit bats now.
I imagine it was good at keeping the house free of flying insects!
ReplyDeleteI prefer fruit bats myself........... [grin]

ReplyDeleteThey're pretty cool creatures... They look like sleek dogs with WINGS! What's not to like?
