I see Stardust hasn't answered yet. It might be the Sombrero Galaxy, though I am not 100% sure.

tommy's right, that is Sombrero galaxy - Messier 104Messier 104 is commonly known as the Sombrero galaxy because in visible light, it resembles the broad-brimmed Mexican hat.
