CK, not working on your birthday is a very admirable trait. I try to do that each year and spend a portion of the day in meditation. I succeed more often than not, but certainly not as consistently as you have. For about 5 years I was spending each birthday in Vancouver. I'm unable to do that now, alas, but it sure was fun while it lasted. :-)

ReplyDeleteIf my birthday falls on a weekend I take either the Friday or the Monday instead. My birthday is most definitely *me* time.
