Consulting: If you're not part of the solution, there's good money to be made in prolonging the problem.
Motivation: If a pretty picture and catchy slogan is all it takes to motivate you, you probably have a really easy job, the kind robots will be doing soon.
I did an IT course recently and they had *real* motivational posters on the wall - in this format. I was very confused when after a good few minutes of trying I *still* couldn't see the joke!
