Somewhere in Europe I think. Not sure where. Google is letting me down ATM.
That car seems to be driving on the right side of the road, though..(unless there's a LOT more pavement we can't see.)

Thanks Stephen. The only information I could find indicated that it was in E. Europe but I couldn't find anything definitive.
My google-fu is strong. That's why I make such a terrific librarian. :-D(That, and my ability to accept all sorts of bizarre behavior with a straight face...)
