@ Fred: It's the kind of house, at the edge of town, that you never walk past in the daytime and certainly avoid @ night!
@ Mudpuddle: The house I was born in was built in the late 1880's and when I saw it last was being propped up so as not to fall into the street. When I checked a while ago when I was off ill, using Google Street View, I discovered that the house had been demolished and replace by a fast food chicken place.... and there isn't even a plaque on the wall or anything saying I was born there.....

@ V V: I can just imagine..... Getting the local ghouls to hold one end of a tape measure or standing next to something 'for scale' then helping you out with the heavy stuff to load it onto the pick-up or U-Haul before giving them $10 for their time leaving them bemused as you drive away.
Great photo. Love it. I'm not even going to speculate about what may be living there.

rats... a small plaque, anything... t'aint fair...
