i can't help it:: when i was working, a fellow worker invented the Bob Yoder theory of bench repair... if you have a small appliance that's not working, put it on the bench, completely disassemble it, put it all back together without doing anything else to it, and it will work...(it's true; don't know how many times this happened to me...)
those Missippissi floods are tough on a shade tree mechanic...
