This hits close to home. I have to remember to check for human error first before pursuing the labyrinthian journey through techno-land.
@ Mudpuddle: They're supposedly user friendly. I find then endlessly frustrating.@ James: I used to be in Tech Support many years ago. It was pretty accidental and I got out of their ASAP!
