My first thought was Russian. I've seen some concrete brutalist architecture similar to this. But when I searched it came up as fake - created by Belgian photographer Filip Dujardin who uses digital collage techniques to combine and distort photographs of real buildings. Fooled ME anyway!

ReplyDeleteThat's why I hardly believe any photograph these days. I'm pretty sceptical about video too. It's just too easy to manipulate things.
