Not 100% sure exactly where icebergs show up... But I'm guessing they're pretty rare on that route. Probably more of a worry would be hurricanes & pirates.... [lol]
I couldn't imagine being on a ship that small for weeks or longer on the way to Australia though! Imagine...!

Yikes, I could not stomach a small ship for so long. I'd skip Australia if that was my only option!
ReplyDeleteIt must have been VERY claustrophobic! Although I suppose it was a great adventure - taking months to get to Australia - rather than a simple holiday.
