CLOSE - well, not really.....It's Boston harbour. Not sure of the year though. There's some big sailing rigs in the background that look like clipper ships but the steam ships look pretty modern looking. I'd guess pre-WW1.... say around 1905???
i don't know Boston any more than i know Liverpool haha
