@ Mudpuddle: Usually anywhere where there is enough water, the Empire or Commonwealth still exists or really anywhere they can land.... The Pacific was crisscrossed with flying boats from the UK/Empire and the US flying to territories, dominions and, of course, Japan....
i didn't know NZ had them also... flying boats, i mean...
