Quite a mysterious painting... is that a suitcase? Looks like she's packing to go and is either writing a letter or just received one. There's a story here...
SO many questions.... Did she start packing her case *after* receiving the letter or STOP because the letter had arrived? Is she re-reading the letter to make sure she didn't miss anything (subtle) so she won't make a fool of herself by leaving or rushing somewhere..... MUCH to ponder!!
