I'm generally OK, unless I drink a LOT of milk in a short period. Drinking a cup is OK. Drinking a pint would probably make me feel a bit queasy though!
I've often wondered just how effective the pills or drops are supposed to be. I'm guessing that there's advertising involved plus a whole host of individual differences. I did also hear that most 'drugs' (and I presume other things too) are tested almost exclusively on men - which is why women have more issues/problems with them.
Unfortunately, I live in the yellow area but have a really high intolerance, even those often praised pills don't help me at all.

I think you have a point there. Those people I know who can just take something and then eat whatever milky food or even drink some, are mostly male.
