[lol] I got most of my shots (if I remember correctly) @ school from the nurse. It was a far easier way for mass immunisation. A long Q, a quick injection (or sugar lump with a pink liquid added) and done. Not a single lollipop to be had!
We didn't have as many shots as they have today, not because we didn't want them but because they were not available. But yes, most of them were done in school, so if you played up, everyone would know. But my sons got their shots at doctor's and I can't remember them getting a lolly pop, not even from the dentist.

The lollipop is still the main draw.

Not something I ever remember getting from a doctor...
Me either. We were tougher. ;)
