It's especially weird because no voter gives a damn about Greenland. His voters voted him in specifically to control immigration and stop getting involved in foreign wars. There's a fundamental split in his voter base between the 'America First' and 'Make America Great' sorts, but it's not very...clean at this point. A lot of people 's idea of MAGA means withdrawing from foreign distractions and focusing on stuff within the US -- infastructure, immigration, etc -- whereas some people cry America First but that means acting like total dicks on the world stage.
Yes, I saw Himmler-lite on CNN basically saying that "we're a super-power and we'll act like one so we'll take whatever we want". Sure.. Because THAT never goes wrong, does it! [lol] Trump & co (plus MAGA loyalists) expect zero consequences from their actions - let's hope that they don't decide to FAFO.....
Literally no one wants Greenland except trump and his minions. I am also pretty sure trump doesn't know that Greenland isn't actually that big, because he doesn't know how maps are drawn to a certain scale.
