I never understood the whole pineapple thing.... I used to LOVE pepperoni (back when I ate meat), but these days LOVE a simple Margarita... [mouth waters]
It's nice with ham. Though I rather have other toppings, I have had it sometimes. Depends what else is on the menu. But I always have to order without cheese and when people complain that's not a real pizza. I tell them the story that it never was with cheese originally but with any leftovers. When the first Italians came to the States, they were richer and just added cheese. So not originally Italian.
Hahahaha! They should also free it from cheese as that is an addition they made in the US. ;)
