Penn & Teller did a pretty good show on Big Brother type stuff including citizens spying on other citizens. Pretty interesting stuff, ever watch that show? I'm SURE you'd like it.
As a side note: What gives the government any more right to spy on us than our next door neighbor. After all, government agents are just people with nice suits. I'm sure some of them ARE neighbors. Hmmmmmm.....

The Government has no 'right' to spy on us - just the will and the money to do so.... for our own good of course... [wink].
