I loved that one. That's by our local political cartoonist, Steve Benson. He's the only thing interesting about our local paper. He's a good story: grandson of Ezra Taft Benson, former LDS Church (Mormon) president. He personally left the church and considers himself an atheist.
I'd done a post about Falwell and this cartoon awhile back: Jerry Falwell
This is the second time in 24 hours that I have seen the word "wretched". Have a fundie troll named "benjamin-the sower" at my blog who considers himself "wretched and filthy". I told him that is what religion teaches him, that he is despicable? No answer about that, but continued babble about how I need to be saved from hell.
CK - Yeah, we do. My son used to watch it when he was young. It's harmless. Soothing sounds, bright colors. No big whoop. Nothing for fundies to get their panties all up in a bunch about.

It got some criticism over here because some people thought the nonsense sounds they made might hold back kids development. I thought they were rather sweet and funny myself.
Oh, they also proved a bit hit with the young adult druggies - not unlike the Magic Roundabout!

I *really* don't get why people want or feel the need to feel that way about themselves. It's just plain weird!
