The US Navy has some of the best recruiting posters -- my favorite is one I have in my bedroom, and one I think you have posted here...the woman saying "Gee! I wish I were a man! I'd join the US Navy!"
Propaganda posters are interesting for lots of reasons. Some of them are very clever whilst others are crude in the extreme. Some of them are even works of art. Its a fascinating subject.
