I'm guessing the one on the Right is closer so it's size is a matter of perspective. Plus you have 4 adults on one side and three adults and a child on the other..... So it's a *very* subtle political point if the cartoonist meant there to be one!
But I do think that if politicians spent half as much energy sorting problems as they do criticizing the opposition (or previous government) they might actually get something accomplished.
Well.... I'm sure that most of them *hard* parents to guide them at one point. Unfortunately parental guidance sometimes isn't always enough to make decent human beings.......

blaming is one of the chief political strategies, i guess... too bad politicians don't have parents to guide them... but then...
