The Hawker Hart was a British two-seater biplane light bomber aircraft of the Royal Air Force (RAF). It was designed during the 1920s by Sydney Camm and manufactured by Hawker Aircraft. The Hart was a prominent British aircraft in the inter-war period, but was obsolete and already side-lined for newer monoplane aircraft designs by the start of the Second World War, playing only minor roles in the conflict before being retired.

Powerplant: 1 × Rolls-Royce Kestrel IB water-cooled V12 engine, 510 hp (380 kW)

I always thought this was a beautiful example of aircraft design between the wars. Luckily we didn't have to go into combat with such thing in 1939 or I'd probably be typing this in German!!! More RAF planes to come as they're 100 years old in a few months. SO looking forward to RIAT (Royal International Air Tattoo) this year. It'll be something really special if the weather holds.
