Oh, sure. People have been *trying* to manipulate weather events - especially to try to make it rain - for as long as we can trace back. But **controlling** the weather to such an extent that you can AIM hurricanes? That's just insane madness. Plus, if it WAS true, does that mean IF Trump gets elected in November that the US (or maybe only RED States will *never* be hit by a hurricane ever again - or will he say that the Dems simply destroyed ALL of the technology to deny him that ability. Just TOO ridiculous for words really. [rotflmao]
