Sounds like me. I went in thinking it was at least going to be entertaining. What a *huge* let-down. The movie was inchoherent nonsense. A truely awlful film.
If there's a decent premise for the powers characters have, then I have no problem. The Matrix made sense because they knew they were in a VR environment so the could bend the rules.
That film had only one redeeming feature and the Tomb Raider films (and Mr & Mrs Smith) were far more fun ...
A shame they made it such a self-hating film, a lot less of the self-loathing and it may have been watchable. But as it is, not even Angelina Jolie or Morgan Freeman can save it ...

I hate, hate, hated that movie. I love Danny Elfman though. I simply disliked the movie up until they revealed the loom, then I wanted to walk out.

The Loom idea *sucked* big style...
Decent soundtrack though.... [grin]

They didn't even try in Wanted. Just sad.
I remember them saying that they could bend bullets because of excess *adrenalin* in their blood... I mean... WTF?
Like you I can suspend disbelief when I have a good reason to. Wanted just thought it could get away without even basic techno-babble. BIG mistake.
Well...
I'm even more glad I didn't watch it now :-)
nice song though.
