I rarely feel bad about technically illegal downloads ... I usually buy my music but if it's not available in the UK then I consider it to be fair game.
Like X Factor America stuff (not for me - honest), the mp3's of the live performances are not made available in the UK so the only way to obtain them is to do so by illegal download.
I also have a small selection of other tracks obtained like that - because I cannot acquire them through legal means.
I haven't downloaded any music for quite some time - legal or illegal. It's probably a mixture of not listening to much new stuff, not liking much of what I do listen to and buying cheap CDs.
