I've always liked that graphic. It pretty much touches all the bases of the things that Christianity requires to keep a steady pipeline of followers: fear, conversion, superstition/magic.

Oh, I don't think it's just Christianity - or even religion - that relies on this. I think many kinds of mind-control process uses fear, conversion and superstition..... including politics (and economics come to think of it).

More Venn diagrams to come.....

Definitely politics and economics. That was the main premise of The Shock Doctrine ... that governments use times of fear to push through policies that could not be enacted otherwise.
