Reservoir Dogs is a 1992 American neo-noir black comedy[3][4] crime thriller that depicts the events before and after a botched diamond heist. The film was the debut of director and writer Quentin Tarantino, and stars Harvey Keitel, Tim Roth, Chris Penn, Steve Buscemi, Lawrence Tierney, and Michael Madsen. Tarantino and criminal-turned-author Edward Bunker have minor roles. It incorporates many themes that have become Tarantino's hallmarks—violent crime, pop culture references, profanity, and a nonlinear storyline.
..oh, and I've only seen bits of it, never the whole movie - though I've heard it's pretty good if you like that sort of thing. The crayons reflect the fact that all of the people involved in the crime have been assigned code names - as colours.

Now, that's a clever poster. Love it!
[grin] I thought that too. I've found a few re-imaged posters which really impressed me.
I've never seen that movie. What's it about?
