It's Nathan Fillion from 'Castle'. It's a still from the movie 'Serenity' based on the TV series 'Firefly'.
Mal does the crossdressing thing in an episode -- that's the one where Jayne is being the driver, and the guys step out and say they want to enjoy his wife, and Jayne says she's a powerful ugly mess.That show never stopped being brilliant.
