It's actually Carolyn Jones (1930–1983) who played Morticia Addams in The Addam's Family. Yvonne De Carlo (1922–2007) played Lilly Munster in The Munsters... so VERY close!!!
I can't believe I made such a rookie mistake! I'm clearly going to have to pay better attention.
