Either the pilot was on something really really good or there was a tsunami or a hurricane.

Dry Dock, China style.

(I'm guessing. The script at the bow looks like Chinese ideograms...is this related to the recent earthquake?)

It's from the earthquake & tsunami off Japan recently that caused the whole thing with the Japanese nuclear power plant @ Fukushima back in March 2011.

You say, 番茄, I say トマト...

Fukushima was a disaster all around. Nuclear power can't catch a break!

Not a huge fan of Nukes - of either kind. But we're stuck with them for the foreseeable future I guess so we'll need to deal with them. Unfortunately we can't un-invent them!

I'm a big fan of wind power - no matter how impractical it is to power a whole civilisation. I guess that's just my Romantic side showing through.

I'm in favor of a wind/solar combination.
