It's one of the great things about being an adult. You can pretty much do whatever you want. If you don't care about the possible consequences there are literally no limits.
A little while back, when we had a brief period of hot weather, it was too hot to eat anything 'normal' so my 'main meal' of the day was a (small) tub of Haggendas ice cream - Strawberry Cheesecake.
I have thought about this. Sadly, if I allow certain temptations to overwhelm me, my health will deteriorate. With that, I have found a somewhat happy balance. That balance allows me a limited number of indulgences. This, I may have some chocolate cake for breakfast later on thins week:)

And as a single mom, when you have a bad day, you can feed your kids ice cream sundaes for dinner (just once) and it won't kill them. 😆

It's OK to indulge (even over-indulge) from time to time. Just don't make a habit of it.
