I just rewatched this episode. Both Nichelle Nichols and George Takai were superb in it.

Yay! Star Trek! I grew up watching that. Loved it!
What's not to love??? It was a great show... OK, except for a few episodes but still... Great!
Heh, when it comes to the hippy episode I only watch the big musical in the middle. What a fun mess TOS was!
