It is such a nightmare. Another shooting yesterday morning at a high school where nine students and a teacher were killed and ten others wounded. Then last night there was a shooting after a graduation ceremony and one person was killed. Because, you know, it is un-American to have only one school shooting a day.
Yup. Saw the Texas shooting on the BBC yesterday. I struggle with the idea that this sort of thing is practically *normal* business in the US. How so many Americans can seemingly put up with it is beyond me. The only other places in the world were these things happen so often are given special names: WAR ZONES or FAILED STATES. Things like this should not be happening in CIVILISED countries with a functioning Government.
